Set up and clean up will be the responsibility of the individual signed above or group in charge of the schedule activity/event.
Set up: setting up of tables and chairs, kitchen usage and /or food preparation, decorating of Fellowship Hall, etc.
Clean up: breakdown and storing of tables and chairs, vacuuming the floor, washing, drying. And putting away all items used in the kitchen.
(please note: Facility should be restored to its original or better condition when finished)

1. No church equipment, including tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc., shall be loaned out for personal
use.
2. The following fees shall apply:
Sanctuary - $100.00; Fellowship Hall & Kitchen - $200.00; Custodial fee- $75.00.
3. For all rentals the following fees may apply: Sound system and technician – up to $50.00 (subject to availability).
4. A event and reservation request form must be filled out and turned in to the church office secretary for the use of facilities, preferably five weeks in advance. In case of a conflict in scheduling, Church leadership will prioritize the request. Church functions & activities will normally take precedence over personal events.
5. There shall be no food or drink permitted in the sanctuary area.
6. The church facility is a non- smoking environment. No smoking is permitted inside any of the buildings on church property. The use and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted on church property. It is the responsibility of the sponsor of the event to inform guests and participants of these regulations.
7. Those using the Fellowship Hall and /or kitchen are expected to leave it clean and in proper order.
8. Recognizing how quickly personal injury and /or property damage can take place, no minor aged individuals are permitted to be in the church facility without adult supervision
9. Arrangements should be made through the church office for deliveries, florist, caterers, etc.
10. The church will not be responsible for personal items, nor will it be liable if such items are lost, stolen, and/or damaged. However, every reasonable effort will be taken to assist in recovering such property.
11. Sanctuary furniture may not be moved without first consulting the pastor. Furthermore, it will be the responsibility of the pastor to see to it that the furniture is moved appropriately.
12. No floral arrangements or other objects may be placed on the piano without approval.
13. Only drip-less or contained candles may be used in the facilities.
14. The throwing of rice, confetti, or the likes is not permitted on church property. Any other materials for consideration should be presented to the pastor for approval.
15. No decorations are to be attached to any sheet rock walls or ceiling tiles.
16. Sports allowed in the gymnasium: Badminton, Basketball, Karate, Table Tennis, Rubber Horseshoes and Volleyball. All other sports needs approval by the pastor.
17. Deposit for rental – ½ is due at the time the rental agreement is submitted. (If your rental is not approved – your deposit will be returned to you immediately.) Balance of the rental is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Custodial fee is also due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
**Deposit and balance of rental fee is to be paid to the church – preferably by check. Cash can be accepted.
***Custodial fee is to be made out directly to our custodian Marjorie Pierce and be made by check 2 weeks prior to the event date.
